Free Consultations
It's important to find someone you feel comfortable and confident with in order to have the best experience. I offer free phone consultations to determine if a home visit is needed for lactation. For doula services I offer free phone or in-person consultations in order to see if I am the right fit for you and your family.
Phone & Email Support (Breastfeeding Support)
$10 for any phone/email/video chat beyond 15 minutes.
$5 per 15 minutes beyond initial 15.
Home Visits (Breastfeeding Support)
$75 for initial home consultation/exam
$40 for follow-up visit
(additional charges for travel outside of Roscommon county)

$90 for initial home consultation/exam
$55 for follow-up visit

Childbirth Classes
Series of 3 Classes offered both in the daytime and evening. Designed in a rotating fashion so you can begin attending at any time. $10 per class
One day (3hr) Weekend class. Offered at 10am and 6pm $30

I am often asked why my pricing is lower than other LC's. I do this not to undermine my "competitors" but because I believe everyone should have access to quality breastfeeding services. The area I serve has a large lower-middle class population.
Postpartum Doula Services
* 10 hours plus lactation services $250
* 20 hours plus lactation services $375
* 40 hours plus lactation services $600
*PP Services include: light house cleaning, laundry, dishes, light meal preparation, running errands, assistance with newborn care questions.*
Support Groups
Free gatherings for families. Pregnant, new baby, breastfeeding currently or breastfed in the past. A place for people to meet, ask questions, enjoy time with other families.

MEDICAID SERVICES

100% covered by insurance
Michigan Medicaid plans now cover birth doula services. McLaren, Molina, United Health, & Meridian all pay at 100% for Birth Doula services.
As a CAPPA trained Doula, I strive to provide services that focus on the family's wishes

Outstanding support
Medicaid pays for 3 prenatal visits! Allowing families to connect with their doula and build a relationship of trust before labor begins.
Doulas also provide constant support during labor & delivery and postpartum visits. All covered by insurance.

Why hire a doula?
Studies show when families hire a birth doula they have less unnecessary medical interventions, a more positive birth experience, better breastfeeding outcomes, and report feeling more confident in their parenting abilities.

Check, cash, and several electronic options accepted.
Private pay clients will be given a bill with coding to submit to insurance for reimbursement. *Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
